Desktop app
AD on Live for Windows and macOS
Most streamers don't need to install anything — the OBS browser source is the recommended setup. The desktop app is an optional companion with a transparent overlay window and desktop notifications.
Windows
Windows 10 or 11 (x64 and Arm64).
Installs and updates through the Microsoft Store.
macOS
macOS 13 Ventura or later (Apple silicon and Intel).
Installs and updates through the Mac App Store.
Which setup is right for you?
Browser source or desktop app
Both show the same overlay. Pick the one that matches how you capture your screen.

Desktop app basics
- Install the app and sign in with your AD on Live email and password.
- Start a live session in the app when you go live, so you can approve incoming ads.
- Open the overlay window and place it where your capture picks it up.
- Delete your account any time from Account → Profile on the website (the app links there).
